The training was streamlined and easy to follow. The materials used in each module were enjoyable, and the follow-up quizzes allowed for easy summarization and retention of key points.

I recently completed the GLSS Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training & Certification and found it to be comprehensive and well-structured. The training covered all essential DMAIC methodology phases with clear explanations and practical examples. What I liked most:
Clear progression through Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control phases
Practical tools like process mapping, root cause analysis, and solution selection matrices
Real-world application focus rather than just theory
Well-designed practice questions that reinforced key concepts
Good balance between statistical tools and process improvement techniques
This course was easy to follow and flowed well to maintain interest.
This program is very insightful and provides a lot of knowledge and information to guide you to becoming proficient at ops and project management. Highly recommend using this company for certifications and even utilizing their resources for future projects.
Nice course. I wish there were more hands-on exercises or knowledge checks to help solidify some of the more complex concepts.
The content was really good, easy to follow and very informational. The course did a good job of breaking down the information into digestible bites without being too overwhelming. Some of the modules were incredibly long and tiring. The presentation had some inconsistencies with the layout of the hosting platform. The Kure platform was not the easiest to use and takes some getting used to, in order to complete the steps in some of the assignments. Overall, I think it is a good value.
I really enjoyed this course; I learned a lot and can't wait to apply what I learned to my organization.
